I like boring, everyday things. When you look at things closely, everything is a marvel.
I make pen and ink drawings of ordinary objects that bring joy into my life. Sometimes I add color. For the bulk of my life, my primary creative outlet has been journaling (in words) on paper with ink. I especially love writing with fountain pens. I recently took up drawing because it helps me pay attention to the beauty in the mundane.
