I have a need to create, which has led to hobbies like writing, sewing, and now bookbinding. The process of taking words or images from a screen and making them into a tangible, beautiful object is very satisfying. I began bookbinding in July 2023 and mostly bind works of fiction but have also created sketchbooks and journals. Writing and photography serve as a way to archive memories, and I chose to make a book of photos from the my first ten years of meetups at Automattic.
